Villa Zeffiro

Named for the warm winds that travel up from the sea, this hillside estate is surrounded by formal gardens & breathtaking ocean views. The design for Villa Zeffiro is inspired by Palladio’s Villa Barbaro in Maser, Treviso, Italy (circa 1550’s).

Entering through the stone pilasters with iron and bronze gates and up an oak shaded stone drive, transports one to the Italian countryside. As you pass through an arched portico you reach the main courtyard with its water gardens, fountains, porticos, loggias, classical four-column pediment façade and all the authentic Italian elements and detailing…

…the passage to Italy is now complete.
